Scope & Acceptance

Orders & Contract

Orders are submitted as a request via the cart or WhatsApp. A binding contract is formed once we review, approve and confirm your request. We reserve the right to decline a request based on stock or sourcing availability.

Delivery

Delivery time and shipping conditions are determined at order confirmation based on the product, quantity and delivery address, and are communicated to you.

Intellectual Property

The design, texts, logo and content on the Site belong to their respective owners. Third-party brand names and logos are used for identification only. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Behaviour that compromises the Site's security, performs automated data collection (scraping), or disrupts the service is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for damages arising from incorrect part selection, faulty installation or improper use. We recommend confirming compatibility before ordering using the OEM number and model details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Adana have jurisdiction over any disputes.
