Data We Collect

Through our contact, quote and order forms we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and message content.

As part of your cart and order requests, we process the product (SKU) details you request and related correspondence. When you visit the site, limited technical and usage data — such as IP address, approximate location (country), browser and device type, and pages visited — may also be processed automatically.

How We Use Data

We use the data we collect only to respond to your requests and questions, prepare quotes, process orders, communicate with you, meet our legal obligations, and improve site security and service quality.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
